Blue Attach app good for
This app is great!
Makes bluetooth handling and control so much faster!
In the past, I had to scroll through the whole iPhone system menu, when I wanted to connect to my stereo for bluetooth streaming.
This is so much better!
Thanks!
The app is worth its price!
Ive been using this app everyday for a couple years to connect to my Bluetooth stereo receiver. Its much easier than going through the settings menu. I just discovered the autoconnect feature which makes it even easier. Its not pretty but it still works on my 6S running iOS 10.
You can easily turn on/off Bluetooth without unlocking the screen and drilling into setting by simply asking Siri to open Blue Attach!
Some bad moments
Finally, an app which can function as one-tap Bluetooth on/off switch *and* which auto connects to selected Bluetooth headset/speaker/device.
Before this, the only apps available for 1-tap Bluetooth on/off toggling didnt auto connect to the device (making Quick Toggle useless for shared Bluetooth devices and other cases, due to requiring 2nd app or Settings app to select device after quick enabling of Bluetooth).
However, the reason I cant give it 5 stars, is that it takes *13 seconds* to disable Bluetooth and *9 seconds* to enable Bluetooth with this app, with Quick Mode enabled (measuring from launch to auto-close of the app).
This is *much slower* than the *2 seconds* this used to take for the authors previous app for quick toggling (which was named "Bluetooth Chatting").
It seems this was possibly done in order to give users the chance to disable the Quick Mode feature, but just 1 second would be enough time to allow disabling Quick Mode (especially if a Cancel button is shown with the message) and no message box is needed (half second On/Off toggle animation or showing just "Bluetooth On" message would be good enough)
Otherwise, in the rare case the user wants to disable Quick Mode (auto-exit app), it would be better to just add an option for that in the Settings app (like the author had done for his SilentAlert app). Even requiring reinstall of the app or having a different app would be preferable to anything more than a 1-2 second delay, otherwise it somewhat defeats the purpose of having a quick toggle switch, since takes longer overall than going through the Settings app (though fewer taps are required for this app).
Also, it is frustrating that I had purchased both of the authors Bluetooth toggling apps, and now was required to *pay again for a 3rd time*. More importantly, there was no notice that the fixes for issues reported by users for the previous two apps were available through this new app. It would have been nice have just updated the d app instead, or offered pay update to it, or even just released a final update which shows a one-time notification of new updated app being available.
Thank god there is an app to minimize the crazy maze of enabling and disabling blue tooth in the iphone settings. This comes in handy when using your vehicle Sync system and your in and out of your vehicle all day. Without this app the maze of on/off blue tooth on the iphone is absolutely rediculous. Blue Attach has streamlined this maze into a one touch system. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I got this app so I could turn Bluetooth on and off with one tap instead of having to navigate through the settings everytime. That is exactly what thus app does. There are some other features which I never used. The only negative is that it takes a few seconds for the Bluetooth to turn off/on. If it was instant, I would give this app 5 stars. Still, this app satisfied my need.
It does precisely what I needed: an app to turn on/off bluetooth with just one click on the main touchscreen.
Thanks
I was so sick of getting in and out of my car and having my phone connect to my car Bluetooth which doesnt work for crap. Now with the touch of a button I can turn my Bluetooth on and off from my iPhone. Why did it take so long for someone to come up with this? Works like a charm.
Like other reviews, I agree it is an easy way to turn off and on Bluetooth devices. Would be even better if user could assign name to each device in the list.
